Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Common Computer Based Test (CBT), Aptitude Test & Document Verification.
Examination Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- For all candidates except the fee concession categories, Rs. 250/- for Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ PWDs/ Female/ Transgender/ Minorities/ Economically backward class through Online using internet banking or Debit/ Credit Cards or through offline using Challan in any branch of SBI/ Computerized Post Office Pay-In-Slip.
Fee: Out of the fee of Rs. 500/-, Rs. 400/- for except the fee concession categories & Total fee of Rs. 250/- belonging to SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ PWDs/ Female/ Transgender/ Minorities/ Economic Backward Class shall be refunded on appearing in First Stage of CBT.

1. *भारत की खोज:*
किसने की: वास्को द गामा
कब की: 20 मई 1498
भारत की खोज से यहां अभिप्राय भारत का विश्व के अन्य देशों के साथ जुड़ने से है यद्दपि भारत पहले से ही विद्यमान था परन्तु समुंद्र के रास्ते भारत को वास्को द गामा से पूर्व किसी ने नही खोजा था। वास्को द गामा पुर्तगाल का निवासी था उसे सोहलवीं शताब्दी का सबसे सफल खोजकर्ता माना जाता है भारत की खोज में उसकी विशेषता यह थी कि उसने यूरोप और भारत के बीच के सीधे समुंद्री मार्ग की खोज की और उस समय बिना ज्ञात मार्ग के इस प्रकार स्टीकता से भारत जैसा विशाल देश खोज लेना कोई आम बात नही थी। समुंद्र का खतरों से भरा हज़ारों मील लंबा रास्ता बिना किसी स्टीक जानकारी के मात्र एक आशा के बलबूते पर कर लेना एक साहसी कदम था। वास्को द गामा भारत के कालीकट पर 20 मई 1498 को पहुँचा था। कालीकट केरल राज्य में स्थित है तथा वर्तमान में कोषीकोड़ जिले के नाम से जाना जाता है। वास्को द गामा के कालीकट (केरल) के इस आगमन से भारत पूरे विश्व से जुड़ गया तथा गामा ने केरल में जो कुछ भी देखा उसे लिखित रूप में छोड़ा है गामा के ये दस्तावेज हमें बताते हैं कि सोहलवीं शताब्दी में केरल कैसा था। इसलिए भारत के इतिहास की जानकारी देने में वास्को द गामा के ये दस्तावेज बहुत अहम हैं।
3. *फेसबुक की खोज:*
किसने की: मार्क जुकरबर्ग
कब की: 4 फरवरी 2004
# फेसबुक की खोज बड़े ही रोचक तरीके से हुई इसके खोजकर्ता मार्क को इस बात का एहसास तक नही था कि जो वेबसाइट वह बना रहा है एक दिन उसे दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी जानकारी आदान प्रदान करने वाली ऑनलाइन हब के रूप में जाना जाएगा तथा यह ऑनलाइन दुनिया की सर्वोपरि आवश्यकता बन जाएगी। मार्क और उनके सहपाठी अमेरिका के हावर्ड विश्वविद्यालय में पढ़ते थे उन्होंने "फेसमैश" के नाम से एक मनोरंजक वेबसाइट बनाई जिस पर कॉलेज के किन्ही दो छात्रों के फोटो लगाए जाते थे तथा उनकी ऑनलाइन प्रतिस्पर्धा करवाई जाती थी इसमें पूछा जाता था कि उपरोक्त दोनों फ़ोटो में से कौन सुंदर है और कौन नही इसके लिए "हॉट और नॉट" का विकल्प दिया जाता था। धीरे-धीरे यह वेवसाइट पूरे विश्वविद्यालय की पसंद बन गई फिर इसे और विकसित किया गया तथा इसका नाम फेसमैश से बदलकर "फेसबुक" किया गया। नए विकसित विकल्पों के साथ यह वेबसाइट पहले न्यूयॉर्क, फिर अमेरिका और फिर पूरे विश्व में फैल गई आज दुनिया का प्रत्येक छठा व्यक्ति फेसबुक का प्रयोग कर रहा है।
: 6. *कंप्यूटर की खोज:*
किसने की: चार्ल्स बैबेज
कब की: 1822 में
# कंप्यूटर की खोज का श्रेय चार्ल्स बैबेज को जाता है। उन्होंने पहले प्रोग्राम युक्त कंप्यूटर का डिज़ाइन (रूपरेखा) तैयार की थी। कंप्यूटर एक खोज तथा अविष्कार दोनों का मिश्रण है। क्योंकि वर्तमान में यह एक मशीन मात्र न होकर एक काल्पनिक दुनिया है जो इंटरनेट से जुड़कर इस काल्पनिक संसार का सृजन करता है।
4. *व्हाट्सएप्प की खोज:*
किसने की: जैन कोम तथा ब्रायन ऐक्टन
कब की: 24 फरवरी 2009
# जैन कोम और ब्रायन ऐक्टन पहले याहू में काम किया करते थे जो कि गूगल की तरह ही एक खोजी वेबसाइट है। परन्तु वर्ष 2007 में इन्होंने ने नौकरी छोड़ दी क्योंकि याहू कंपनी घाटे में जा रही थी तथा इंटरनेट पर खोज के मामले में गूगल से बहुत पीछे रह चुकी थी। नौकरी छूटने के बाद इन दोनों ने फेसबुक में नौकरी करनी चाही परन्तु फेसबुक ने इनका आवेदन ठुकरा दिया। फलस्वरूप दोनों बेरोजगार हो गए व नई नौकरी की तलाश करने लगे। इसी बीच एक दिन जैन कोम ने एप्पल कंपनी का मोबाइल खरीदा व इसे प्रयोग करने बाद बाद कोम को एहसास हुआ कि वेबसाइट का भविष्य मोबाइल एप्पलीकेशन में है अपनी इसी बात को उसने अपने मित्रों के साथ बांटा। यहीं से व्हाट्सएप्प के जन्म की शुरुआत हुई। कोम और ऐक्टन ने एक वेब डेवलपर को किराए पर बुलाया तथा एक एप्प डिज़ाइन करवाई जिस आज हम व्हाट्सएप्प के नाम से जानते हैं। यह एप्प लोगों को इतना प्रभावित कर गई कि आज हर व्यक्ति जिसके पास एप्पल या एंड्राइड मोबाइल है वह व्हाट्सएप्प का प्रयोग कर रहा है।
5. *ट्विटर की खोज:*
किसने की: जैक डोरसे
कब की: 21 मार्च 2009
# जैक डोरसे एक ऐसी वेबसाइट बनाना चाहते थे जो कम से कम शब्दों का प्रयोग कर केवल आवश्यक जानकारी दे सके तथा मोबाइल को इंटरनेट से बांध सके। ट्विटर की शुरुआत के समय एस.एम.एस. (sms) जैसी मोबाइल सेवा अपने चरम पर थी और क्योंकि एक sms 160 अक्षरों का होता था इसलिए ट्विटर पर डाली जानकारी को 160 से कम अक्षरों का रखा जाना था। जैक डोरसे चाहते थे कि जो भी इंटरनेट पर डाला जाए वह लोगों के मोबाइल तक पहुँचना चाहिए। इसलिए जो भी लिखा जाए उसकी सीमा 160 अक्षरों से ज्यादा नही होनी चाहिए। इस बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए उन्होंने ट्विटर पर डाली जाने वाली पोस्ट जिसे ट्वीट कहा जाता है के लिए 140 अक्षरों की सीमा तय की तथा 160 में से बचे 20 अक्षर उस व्यक्ति के नाम के लिए आरक्षित रखे जो ट्वीट कर रहा है। शुरू में यह सेवा sms के जरिए प्रचलित हुई परन्तु बाद में स्मार्ट फोन आने से पूरी तरह इंटरनेट पर फैल गई। आज ट्विटर अपने उपयोगकर्ताओं को मोबाइल, sms व इंटरनेट तीनों से जोड़ता है तथा विश्व की 10 सबसे बड़ी वेबसाइटों में शुमार है।
7. *मोबाइल की खोज:*
किसने की: मार्टिन कूपर & जॉन एफ. मिशेल
कब की: 1973 में
# विश्व की सबसे बड़ी सूचना क्रांति के तौर पर उभरने वाले मोबाइल के आविष्कार व खोज की कहानी वर्स 1973 में उस समय शुरू हुई जब मोटोरोला कम्पनी के मार्टिन कूपर ने 2 किलो ग्राम वजनी पहला फोन दुनिया के सामने लेकर आए। यह पहला ऐसा फोन था जो बिना किसी तार के आवाज का आदान प्रदान करने में सक्षम था। मार्टिन ने दुनिया के सामने पहली बार कॉल 3 अप्रैल 1973 को की थी। मोटोरोला के इस मॉडल का नाम Dyna TAC 8000x था। लोगों के उपयोग के लिए इस फोन का वितरण 1983 में शुरू किया गया। इसके शुरूआती समय में इसकी कीमत 2 लाख 20 हजार तय की गई थी।
8. *इंटरनेट की खोज:*
किसने की: रोबर्ट ई कॉम और विन्ट कर्फ़ ने
कब की: 1962 में
# इंटरनेट एक काल्पनिक संसार की तरह काम करता है यह सूचना आदान प्रदान का इतना बड़ा नाम बन चुका है कि दुनिया के 40% लोग पूर्णतः इस पर आश्रित हो चुके हैं तथा यह जिस रफ्तार से फैल रहा है उम्मीद की जा सकती है कि आने वाले दिनों में यह पूरे संसार पर काबिज हो जाएगा। इंटरनेट के जन्म की कहानी उस समय शुरू हुई जब अमेरिका की सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को आपस में सूचना बांटने की एक माध्यम की आवश्यकता पड़ी इसके लिए जेसीआर लिकलिडर ने वर्ष 1966 में एक छोटा नेटवर्क तैयार किया बाद में PARPA इससे जुड़ी तथा इंटरनेट को बनाए जाने की शुरुआत हुई शुरू में तो यह सिर्फ सुरक्षा एजेंसियों तथा सरकारी विभागों के लिए ही उपलब्ध था परंतु धीरे-धीरे जब इससे टीसीपी तथा आईपी जैसी सुविधाएं जुड़ी तथा वर्ष 1991 में www आया तब इसने वैश्विक स्तर पर रफ्तार पकड़ी तथा इस सब सुविधाओं ने मिलकर इंटरनेट को विश्व स्तर पर फैला दिया।
10. *ईमेल की खोज:*
किसने की: वीए शिवा अय्यदुरई ने
कब की: 1978 में
# ईमेल की खोज का श्रेय भारत मूल के शिवा अय्यदुरई को जाता है। अय्यदुरई ने वर्ष 1978 में अमेरिका में पढ़ते समय 14 वर्ष की आयु में ईमेल की खोज की थी। उस समय उन्होंने अपने प्रोग्रामिंग ज्ञान की मदद से ईमेल का ढांचा तैयार किया जैसे कि: भेजने के लिए एक खाली बॉक्स जिसमें संदेश लिखा जा सकता था, दूसरी तरफ से आए संदेशों को संग्रहित करने के लिए इनबॉक्स, फोटो अथवा फाइल भेजने के लिए अटैचमेंट विकल्प तथा जिसे भेजना होता था उसका एड्रेस डालने के लिए खाली एड्रेस बॉक्स इत्यादि। हालांकि आज सुनने में यह शब्द बड़े ही आसान लगते हैं परंतु इनकी परिकल्पना अमेरिका की बड़ी बड़ी कंपनियां भी नहीं कर सकी थी। उन्होंने ऐसी किसी तकनीक का बनना असंभव माना था। 30 अगस्त 1982 के दिन अमेरिका ने आधिकारिक रूप से अय्यदुरई को ईमेल के खोजकर्ता घोषित किया।
12. *विकिपीडिया की खोज:*
किसने की: जिम्मी वेल्स और लैरी सेंजर ने
कब की: 15 जनवरी 2001 को
# दुनिया का बड़े से बड़ा तथा छोटे से छोटा ज्ञान समेटे रखने वाली वेबसाइट विकिपीडिया दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी ज्ञानवर्धक वेबसाइट है। इसकी सफलता का सबसे बड़ा कारण इसका निशुल्क होना है। इसके प्रयोग के लिए व इससे प्राप्त जानकारी के लिए आपको कोई पैसा नहीं देना पड़ता क्योंकि इस वेबसाइट पर जानकारी लोगों द्वारा ही डाली जाती है और लोगों द्वारा ही पढ़ी जाती है। इसलिए यह लोगों के लिए, लोगों द्वारा बनाया गया, लोगों का ज्ञानकोश है। कोई भी व्यक्ति जो इंटरनेट चलाना जानता है वह इस वेबसाइट पर आकर अपनी भाषा में कोई भी जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकता है या कोई भी जानकारी डाल सकता है। विकिपीडिया को पहले न्यूपीडिया के नाम से जाना जाता था परंतु यह सफल ना हो सकी फलस्वरुप वर्ष 2001 में इसे विकिपीडिया नाम से पुनः बनाया गया। Google अपनी खोज में wikipedia को हमेशा तवज्जो देता है जिस कारण आज यह दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी 10 वेबसाइटों में शामिल है।
11. *यूट्यूब की खोज:*
किसने की: स्टीव चैन, चाड हर्ले और जावेद करीम ने
कब की: 14 फरवरी 2005 को
# दुनिया की किसी भी वीडियो को बिना रोक-टोक दुनिया के किसी भी कोने में देखे जा सकने योग्य बनाने वाली तकनीक का नाम यूट्यूब है। इस वेबसाइट का निर्माण करने का श्रेय इन तीन लोगों की मेहनत को जाता है। यूट्यूब ने इंटरनेट को बड़े ही प्रभावी ढंग से रफ्तार दी है। इसके खोजकर्ताओं के मन में यूट्यूब बनाने का विचार उस समय आया जब वे किसी पार्टी में बनी वीडियो को ढूंढ रहे थे परन्तु बहुत कोशिशों के बाद भी वे इसे देख पाने में असमर्थ रहे। इसके बाद उन्होंने सोचा क्यों ना एक ऐसी वेबसाइट बनाई जाए जिसके द्वारा दुनिया के किसी भी कोने में बनी वीडियो को कहीं भी देखा जा सके। उनके इसी विचार ने यूट्यूब को जन्म दिया तथा बनने के बाद जल्द ही लोगों की जरूरतों को पूरा करती इस वेबसाइट ने रफ्तार पकड़ ली। इस वेबसाइट की भविष्य की सफलता का अंदाजा लगा कर गूगल ने इसे खरीद लिया। वर्तमान में गूगल दुनिया की पहली सबसे बड़ी तथा यूट्यूब दुनिया की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी वेबसाइट है।
13. *अमेरिका की खोज:*
किसने की: क्रिस्टोफर कोलंबस ने
कब की: 1492 में
# अमेरिका की खोज यहां तात्पर्य अमेरिका महाद्वीप पर पहुंचे पहले व्यक्ति से है यद्दपि अमेरिका महाद्वीप पहले से ही विद्यमान है परंतु दुनिया के इस क्षेत्र में पहुंचने वाला पहला व्यक्ति क्रिस्टोफर कोलंबस था। कोलंबस समुंद्र के रास्ते अमेरिका के तट पर पहुँचने में सफल हुआ था। वह इटली देश के नागरिक था तथा वर्ष 1492 में अमेरिका को खोज निकालने के बाद उसने वर्ष 1502 तक अमेरिका की ओर अपने 4 समुद्री अभियान चलाए। अमेरिका की खोज आधुनिक सभ्यता के पनप जाने के बहुत देर बाद हुई थी जिस कारण इसे नई दुनिया कहा गया।

# वर्तमान में प्रत्येक देश का अपना अलग ध्वज है परंतु दुनिया का सबसे पुराना ध्वज बनाने वाले व्यक्ति को इसका खोजकर्ता माना जाता है। इस ऐतिहासिक कार्य को करने वाला व्यक्ति अज्ञात है तथा वह डेनमार्क का नागरिक था। डेनमार्क का झंडा जैसा आज दिखाई देता है ऐसा ही यह 1307 में भी था क्योंकि इसमें अब तक कोई भी बदलाव नहीं किया गया है। डेनमार्क में जितनी भी सरकारें बदली उन्होंने अपने ध्वज को ज्यों का त्यों रखा है जिस कारण यह दुनिया का सबसे पुराना ध्वज कहलाता है। लगभग 700 साल से भी अधिक पुराने इस ध्वज का रंग लाल है जिसमें सफेद रंग की दो पट्टियां है जो प्लस का निशान बनाती हैं।

# टीम बर्नर्स ली ने www जैसे विश्वस्तरीय इंटरनेट प्रोग्राम बनाने की शुरुआत 1980 के दशक में शुरू कर दी थी तथा सन 1989 को अपना कार्य पूर्ण कर उन्होंने इसका प्रारूप अपने उच्च अधिकारी माइक सैंडल के सामने पेश किया व उनसे अनुमति पाकर वर्ष 1991 में इन्होंने इसे वास्तविक रुप दिया। www इंटरनेट का वह है गढ़ है जहां पर जाकर सारी जानकारी संग्रहित होती है अर्थात जो भी हम इंटरनेट पर लिखते हैं पढ़ते हैं देखते हैं करते हैं यह सब www में ही जाकर छपती है तथा जो जानकारी हम इंटरनेट से लेते हैं वह भी www से ही आती है सूचना के आदान प्रदान का जरिया एचटीटीपी तथा HTML जैसे प्रोग्राम बनते हैं जिन्हें हम देख नही सकते। किसी जानकारी को खोजने के लिए हम जिस वेबसाइट का प्रयोग करते हैं वह एक स्पष्ट माध्यम होता है जिसे हम देख सकते हैं।

कब की: 4000 वर्ष पूर्व
# चुंबक की खोज प्राचीन समय में ही बहुत पहले हो चुकी थी इसलिए वास्तव में इसे किसने खोजा इस पर संदेह रहता है। समय के साथ-साथ इसकी खोज के साथ बहुत सी कहानियां जुड़ चुकी हैं और क्योंकि हमारे पास लिखित जानकारी का अभाव है इस कारण हमें मौखिक रूप से प्रचलित इन कहानियों पर ही विश्वास करना पड़ता है। इसलिए जो कहानी वास्तविकता के सबसे करीब नजर आती है उसे ही सत्य माना गया है। इस विश्वसनीय कहानी के अनुसार चुंबक की खोज मैगनस नामक गडरिए ने दुर्घटना वश कर दी थी। एक पहाड़ी स्थान पर जब यह गडरिया अपनी भेड़ें चरा रहा था तो विश्राम करने के लिए एक पत्थर पर बैठ गया। क्योंकि वह पहाड़ी क्षेत्र में रहता था इस कारण उसके जूतों के नीचे लोहे की कीलें तथा उसकी लाठी के नीचे लोहे की कोर बनी हुई थी जो कि वही रखे एक चुंबक से चिपक गई इस प्रकार का अविश्वसनीय खिंचाव देखकर वह डर गया तथा उसने अपने गांव वालों व साथियों को बुलाया। सभी ने इस आश्चर्यजनक वस्तु को देखा तथा पाया गया सिर्फ लोहे से बनी वस्तुओं को ही अपनी ओर आकर्षित करती है। इस घटना के बाद चुम्बक अंधविश्वासों से घिर गया तथा इसे दैवीय शक्ति का पत्थर रूप माना गया। प्राचीन काल में चुंबक के बड़े पत्थरों को पूजा जाता रहा है। इसके खिंचाव का वास्तविक रहस्य आधुनिक काल में आकर सुलझ सका और पाया गया है कि यह चुंबकीय तरंगों के लोहे की वस्तुओं व अन्य चुम्बकों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करता है।
18. *कागज की खोज:*
किसने की: त साई लून ने
कब की: 202 ईसा पूर्व
# कागज की खोज का श्रेय चीन देश के वासी त साई लून को जाता है। उन्होंने 202 ईसापूर्व अर्थात आज से लगभग 2200 साल पहले हान राजवंश के शासक के समक्ष स्वयं द्वारा बनाया गया कागज पेश किया था। शासक ने पाया कि यह पत्ते की तरह पतली किन्तु देखने में सुंदर वस्तु लिखने के लिए लिहाज से बहुत ही उपयोगी है इसलिए हान शासन इसे स्वीकार कर लिया। यह कागज पेड़ की छाल तथा रेशे का मिश्रण कर बनाया गया था तथा चिकनाहट भरा था परन्तु आधुनिक कागज से भिन्न था। आधुनिक कागज की शुरुआत भारत में वर्ष 1870 से हुई जब की पुरानी किस्म का कागज भारत में 15 वीं शताब्दी में ही आ गया था।
17. *अंटार्कटिका की खोज:*

कब की: 1773 में
# अंटार्कटिका महाद्वीप के बारे में पता लगाने वाले प्रथम व्यक्ति जेम्स कुक थे। उन्होंने वर्ष 1773 में अंटार्कटिका के वृत को पार किया तथा बर्फ की एक विशाल चट्टान को खोजा व अंदेशा लगाया कि इसी विशाल बर्फ की चट्टान के आगे कोई विशाल भू-क्षेत्र है। हालांकि कुक अंटार्कटिका महाद्वीप पर नहीं पहुंचे पाए थे तथा इसके लगभग 286 किलोमीटर दूर से ही वापस आ गए थे। परंतु उन्होंने इसकी खोज अवश्य कर ली थी इस खोज के बाद मनुष्य को 75 वर्षों का समय लगा इस महाद्वीप पर अपने कदम रखने में।
19. *इत्र की खोज:*

कब की: 1200 ईसा पूर्व
# इत्र जिसे परफ्यूम या सेंट भी कहा जाता है का इतिहास बहुत पुराना है इसके बारे में सबसे प्राचीन ज्ञात इतिहास 1200 ईसा पूर्व तक जाता है अर्थात आज से 3200 साल पहले ही इत्र की खोज हो चुकी थी टपुति नाम की महिला रसायनज्ञ (केमिस्ट) ने 1200 ईसा पूर्व इत्र की गोलियां बना ली थी। इन खुशबूदार गोलियों को कपड़ों पर रगड़ा जाता था जिससे यह इत्र की तरह महकते थे। इसके बाद भारत में गुलाब से इत्र बनाया गया। गुलाब से इत्र बनाने की विधि की खोज करने का श्रेय अस्मत बेगम को जाता है यह नूरजहां की मां थी और नूर जहां मुगल जहांगीर की पत्नी थी।

भारत की खोज से यहां अभिप्राय भारत का विश्व के अन्य देशों के साथ जुड़ने से है यद्दपि भारत पहले से ही विद्यमान था परन्तु समुंद्र के रास्ते भारत को वास्को द गामा से पूर्व किसी ने नही खोजा था। वास्को द गामा पुर्तगाल का निवासी था उसे सोहलवीं शताब्दी का सबसे सफल खोजकर्ता माना जाता है भारत की खोज में उसकी विशेषता यह थी कि उसने यूरोप और भारत के बीच के सीधे समुंद्री मार्ग की खोज की और उस समय बिना ज्ञात मार्ग के इस प्रकार स्टीकता से भारत जैसा विशाल देश खोज लेना कोई आम बात नही थी। समुंद्र का खतरों से भरा हज़ारों मील लंबा रास्ता बिना किसी स्टीक जानकारी के मात्र एक आशा के बलबूते पर कर लेना एक साहसी कदम था। वास्को द गामा भारत के कालीकट पर 20 मई 1498 को पहुँचा था। कालीकट केरल राज्य में स्थित है तथा वर्तमान में कोषीकोड़ जिले के नाम से जाना जाता है। वास्को द गामा के कालीकट (केरल) के इस आगमन से भारत पूरे विश्व से जुड़ गया तथा गामा ने केरल में जो कुछ भी देखा उसे लिखित रूप में छोड़ा है गामा के ये दस्तावेज हमें बताते हैं कि सोहलवीं शताब्दी में केरल कैसा था। इसलिए भारत के इतिहास की जानकारी देने में वास्को द गामा के ये दस्तावेज बहुत अहम हैं।

# फेसबुक की खोज बड़े ही रोचक तरीके से हुई इसके खोजकर्ता मार्क को इस बात का एहसास तक नही था कि जो वेबसाइट वह बना रहा है एक दिन उसे दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी जानकारी आदान प्रदान करने वाली ऑनलाइन हब के रूप में जाना जाएगा तथा यह ऑनलाइन दुनिया की सर्वोपरि आवश्यकता बन जाएगी। मार्क और उनके सहपाठी अमेरिका के हावर्ड विश्वविद्यालय में पढ़ते थे उन्होंने "फेसमैश" के नाम से एक मनोरंजक वेबसाइट बनाई जिस पर कॉलेज के किन्ही दो छात्रों के फोटो लगाए जाते थे तथा उनकी ऑनलाइन प्रतिस्पर्धा करवाई जाती थी इसमें पूछा जाता था कि उपरोक्त दोनों फ़ोटो में से कौन सुंदर है और कौन नही इसके लिए "हॉट और नॉट" का विकल्प दिया जाता था। धीरे-धीरे यह वेवसाइट पूरे विश्वविद्यालय की पसंद बन गई फिर इसे और विकसित किया गया तथा इसका नाम फेसमैश से बदलकर "फेसबुक" किया गया। नए विकसित विकल्पों के साथ यह वेबसाइट पहले न्यूयॉर्क, फिर अमेरिका और फिर पूरे विश्व में फैल गई आज दुनिया का प्रत्येक छठा व्यक्ति फेसबुक का प्रयोग कर रहा है।

कब की: 1822 में
# कंप्यूटर की खोज का श्रेय चार्ल्स बैबेज को जाता है। उन्होंने पहले प्रोग्राम युक्त कंप्यूटर का डिज़ाइन (रूपरेखा) तैयार की थी। कंप्यूटर एक खोज तथा अविष्कार दोनों का मिश्रण है। क्योंकि वर्तमान में यह एक मशीन मात्र न होकर एक काल्पनिक दुनिया है जो इंटरनेट से जुड़कर इस काल्पनिक संसार का सृजन करता है।

# जैन कोम और ब्रायन ऐक्टन पहले याहू में काम किया करते थे जो कि गूगल की तरह ही एक खोजी वेबसाइट है। परन्तु वर्ष 2007 में इन्होंने ने नौकरी छोड़ दी क्योंकि याहू कंपनी घाटे में जा रही थी तथा इंटरनेट पर खोज के मामले में गूगल से बहुत पीछे रह चुकी थी। नौकरी छूटने के बाद इन दोनों ने फेसबुक में नौकरी करनी चाही परन्तु फेसबुक ने इनका आवेदन ठुकरा दिया। फलस्वरूप दोनों बेरोजगार हो गए व नई नौकरी की तलाश करने लगे। इसी बीच एक दिन जैन कोम ने एप्पल कंपनी का मोबाइल खरीदा व इसे प्रयोग करने बाद बाद कोम को एहसास हुआ कि वेबसाइट का भविष्य मोबाइल एप्पलीकेशन में है अपनी इसी बात को उसने अपने मित्रों के साथ बांटा। यहीं से व्हाट्सएप्प के जन्म की शुरुआत हुई। कोम और ऐक्टन ने एक वेब डेवलपर को किराए पर बुलाया तथा एक एप्प डिज़ाइन करवाई जिस आज हम व्हाट्सएप्प के नाम से जानते हैं। यह एप्प लोगों को इतना प्रभावित कर गई कि आज हर व्यक्ति जिसके पास एप्पल या एंड्राइड मोबाइल है वह व्हाट्सएप्प का प्रयोग कर रहा है।

# जैक डोरसे एक ऐसी वेबसाइट बनाना चाहते थे जो कम से कम शब्दों का प्रयोग कर केवल आवश्यक जानकारी दे सके तथा मोबाइल को इंटरनेट से बांध सके। ट्विटर की शुरुआत के समय एस.एम.एस. (sms) जैसी मोबाइल सेवा अपने चरम पर थी और क्योंकि एक sms 160 अक्षरों का होता था इसलिए ट्विटर पर डाली जानकारी को 160 से कम अक्षरों का रखा जाना था। जैक डोरसे चाहते थे कि जो भी इंटरनेट पर डाला जाए वह लोगों के मोबाइल तक पहुँचना चाहिए। इसलिए जो भी लिखा जाए उसकी सीमा 160 अक्षरों से ज्यादा नही होनी चाहिए। इस बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए उन्होंने ट्विटर पर डाली जाने वाली पोस्ट जिसे ट्वीट कहा जाता है के लिए 140 अक्षरों की सीमा तय की तथा 160 में से बचे 20 अक्षर उस व्यक्ति के नाम के लिए आरक्षित रखे जो ट्वीट कर रहा है। शुरू में यह सेवा sms के जरिए प्रचलित हुई परन्तु बाद में स्मार्ट फोन आने से पूरी तरह इंटरनेट पर फैल गई। आज ट्विटर अपने उपयोगकर्ताओं को मोबाइल, sms व इंटरनेट तीनों से जोड़ता है तथा विश्व की 10 सबसे बड़ी वेबसाइटों में शुमार है।

कब की: 1973 में
# विश्व की सबसे बड़ी सूचना क्रांति के तौर पर उभरने वाले मोबाइल के आविष्कार व खोज की कहानी वर्स 1973 में उस समय शुरू हुई जब मोटोरोला कम्पनी के मार्टिन कूपर ने 2 किलो ग्राम वजनी पहला फोन दुनिया के सामने लेकर आए। यह पहला ऐसा फोन था जो बिना किसी तार के आवाज का आदान प्रदान करने में सक्षम था। मार्टिन ने दुनिया के सामने पहली बार कॉल 3 अप्रैल 1973 को की थी। मोटोरोला के इस मॉडल का नाम Dyna TAC 8000x था। लोगों के उपयोग के लिए इस फोन का वितरण 1983 में शुरू किया गया। इसके शुरूआती समय में इसकी कीमत 2 लाख 20 हजार तय की गई थी।

# ईमेल की खोज का श्रेय भारत मूल के शिवा अय्यदुरई को जाता है। अय्यदुरई ने वर्ष 1978 में अमेरिका में पढ़ते समय 14 वर्ष की आयु में ईमेल की खोज की थी। उस समय उन्होंने अपने प्रोग्रामिंग ज्ञान की मदद से ईमेल का ढांचा तैयार किया जैसे कि: भेजने के लिए एक खाली बॉक्स जिसमें संदेश लिखा जा सकता था, दूसरी तरफ से आए संदेशों को संग्रहित करने के लिए इनबॉक्स, फोटो अथवा फाइल भेजने के लिए अटैचमेंट विकल्प तथा जिसे भेजना होता था उसका एड्रेस डालने के लिए खाली एड्रेस बॉक्स इत्यादि। हालांकि आज सुनने में यह शब्द बड़े ही आसान लगते हैं परंतु इनकी परिकल्पना अमेरिका की बड़ी बड़ी कंपनियां भी नहीं कर सकी थी। उन्होंने ऐसी किसी तकनीक का बनना असंभव माना था। 30 अगस्त 1982 के दिन अमेरिका ने आधिकारिक रूप से अय्यदुरई को ईमेल के खोजकर्ता घोषित किया।

# दुनिया का बड़े से बड़ा तथा छोटे से छोटा ज्ञान समेटे रखने वाली वेबसाइट विकिपीडिया दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी ज्ञानवर्धक वेबसाइट है। इसकी सफलता का सबसे बड़ा कारण इसका निशुल्क होना है। इसके प्रयोग के लिए व इससे प्राप्त जानकारी के लिए आपको कोई पैसा नहीं देना पड़ता क्योंकि इस वेबसाइट पर जानकारी लोगों द्वारा ही डाली जाती है और लोगों द्वारा ही पढ़ी जाती है। इसलिए यह लोगों के लिए, लोगों द्वारा बनाया गया, लोगों का ज्ञानकोश है। कोई भी व्यक्ति जो इंटरनेट चलाना जानता है वह इस वेबसाइट पर आकर अपनी भाषा में कोई भी जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकता है या कोई भी जानकारी डाल सकता है। विकिपीडिया को पहले न्यूपीडिया के नाम से जाना जाता था परंतु यह सफल ना हो सकी फलस्वरुप वर्ष 2001 में इसे विकिपीडिया नाम से पुनः बनाया गया। Google अपनी खोज में wikipedia को हमेशा तवज्जो देता है जिस कारण आज यह दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी 10 वेबसाइटों में शामिल है।

# दुनिया की किसी भी वीडियो को बिना रोक-टोक दुनिया के किसी भी कोने में देखे जा सकने योग्य बनाने वाली तकनीक का नाम यूट्यूब है। इस वेबसाइट का निर्माण करने का श्रेय इन तीन लोगों की मेहनत को जाता है। यूट्यूब ने इंटरनेट को बड़े ही प्रभावी ढंग से रफ्तार दी है। इसके खोजकर्ताओं के मन में यूट्यूब बनाने का विचार उस समय आया जब वे किसी पार्टी में बनी वीडियो को ढूंढ रहे थे परन्तु बहुत कोशिशों के बाद भी वे इसे देख पाने में असमर्थ रहे। इसके बाद उन्होंने सोचा क्यों ना एक ऐसी वेबसाइट बनाई जाए जिसके द्वारा दुनिया के किसी भी कोने में बनी वीडियो को कहीं भी देखा जा सके। उनके इसी विचार ने यूट्यूब को जन्म दिया तथा बनने के बाद जल्द ही लोगों की जरूरतों को पूरा करती इस वेबसाइट ने रफ्तार पकड़ ली। इस वेबसाइट की भविष्य की सफलता का अंदाजा लगा कर गूगल ने इसे खरीद लिया। वर्तमान में गूगल दुनिया की पहली सबसे बड़ी तथा यूट्यूब दुनिया की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी वेबसाइट है।

# अमेरिका की खोज यहां तात्पर्य अमेरिका महाद्वीप पर पहुंचे पहले व्यक्ति से है यद्दपि अमेरिका महाद्वीप पहले से ही विद्यमान है परंतु दुनिया के इस क्षेत्र में पहुंचने वाला पहला व्यक्ति क्रिस्टोफर कोलंबस था। कोलंबस समुंद्र के रास्ते अमेरिका के तट पर पहुँचने में सफल हुआ था। वह इटली देश के नागरिक था तथा वर्ष 1492 में अमेरिका को खोज निकालने के बाद उसने वर्ष 1502 तक अमेरिका की ओर अपने 4 समुद्री अभियान चलाए। अमेरिका की खोज आधुनिक सभ्यता के पनप जाने के बहुत देर बाद हुई थी जिस कारण इसे नई दुनिया कहा गया।

# टीम बर्नर्स ली ने www जैसे विश्वस्तरीय इंटरनेट प्रोग्राम बनाने की शुरुआत 1980 के दशक में शुरू कर दी थी तथा सन 1989 को अपना कार्य पूर्ण कर उन्होंने इसका प्रारूप अपने उच्च अधिकारी माइक सैंडल के सामने पेश किया व उनसे अनुमति पाकर वर्ष 1991 में इन्होंने इसे वास्तविक रुप दिया। www इंटरनेट का वह है गढ़ है जहां पर जाकर सारी जानकारी संग्रहित होती है अर्थात जो भी हम इंटरनेट पर लिखते हैं पढ़ते हैं देखते हैं करते हैं यह सब www में ही जाकर छपती है तथा जो जानकारी हम इंटरनेट से लेते हैं वह भी www से ही आती है सूचना के आदान प्रदान का जरिया एचटीटीपी तथा HTML जैसे प्रोग्राम बनते हैं जिन्हें हम देख नही सकते। किसी जानकारी को खोजने के लिए हम जिस वेबसाइट का प्रयोग करते हैं वह एक स्पष्ट माध्यम होता है जिसे हम देख सकते हैं।
16. *चुंबक की खोज:*
किसने की: क्रेटन मैग्नस ने
कब की: 4000 वर्ष पूर्व
# चुंबक की खोज प्राचीन समय में ही बहुत पहले हो चुकी थी इसलिए वास्तव में इसे किसने खोजा इस पर संदेह रहता है। समय के साथ-साथ इसकी खोज के साथ बहुत सी कहानियां जुड़ चुकी हैं और क्योंकि हमारे पास लिखित जानकारी का अभाव है इस कारण हमें मौखिक रूप से प्रचलित इन कहानियों पर ही विश्वास करना पड़ता है। इसलिए जो कहानी वास्तविकता के सबसे करीब नजर आती है उसे ही सत्य माना गया है। इस विश्वसनीय कहानी के अनुसार चुंबक की खोज मैगनस नामक गडरिए ने दुर्घटना वश कर दी थी। एक पहाड़ी स्थान पर जब यह गडरिया अपनी भेड़ें चरा रहा था तो विश्राम करने के लिए एक पत्थर पर बैठ गया। क्योंकि वह पहाड़ी क्षेत्र में रहता था इस कारण उसके जूतों के नीचे लोहे की कीलें तथा उसकी लाठी के नीचे लोहे की कोर बनी हुई थी जो कि वही रखे एक चुंबक से चिपक गई इस प्रकार का अविश्वसनीय खिंचाव देखकर वह डर गया तथा उसने अपने गांव वालों व साथियों को बुलाया। सभी ने इस आश्चर्यजनक वस्तु को देखा तथा पाया गया सिर्फ लोहे से बनी वस्तुओं को ही अपनी ओर आकर्षित करती है। इस घटना के बाद चुम्बक अंधविश्वासों से घिर गया तथा इसे दैवीय शक्ति का पत्थर रूप माना गया। प्राचीन काल में चुंबक के बड़े पत्थरों को पूजा जाता रहा है। इसके खिंचाव का वास्तविक रहस्य आधुनिक काल में आकर सुलझ सका और पाया गया है कि यह चुंबकीय तरंगों के लोहे की वस्तुओं व अन्य चुम्बकों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करता है।
18. *कागज की खोज:*
किसने की: त साई लून ने
कब की: 202 ईसा पूर्व
# कागज की खोज का श्रेय चीन देश के वासी त साई लून को जाता है। उन्होंने 202 ईसापूर्व अर्थात आज से लगभग 2200 साल पहले हान राजवंश के शासक के समक्ष स्वयं द्वारा बनाया गया कागज पेश किया था। शासक ने पाया कि यह पत्ते की तरह पतली किन्तु देखने में सुंदर वस्तु लिखने के लिए लिहाज से बहुत ही उपयोगी है इसलिए हान शासन इसे स्वीकार कर लिया। यह कागज पेड़ की छाल तथा रेशे का मिश्रण कर बनाया गया था तथा चिकनाहट भरा था परन्तु आधुनिक कागज से भिन्न था। आधुनिक कागज की शुरुआत भारत में वर्ष 1870 से हुई जब की पुरानी किस्म का कागज भारत में 15 वीं शताब्दी में ही आ गया था।
17. *अंटार्कटिका की खोज:*
किसने की: जेम्स कुक ने
कब की: 1773 में
# अंटार्कटिका महाद्वीप के बारे में पता लगाने वाले प्रथम व्यक्ति जेम्स कुक थे। उन्होंने वर्ष 1773 में अंटार्कटिका के वृत को पार किया तथा बर्फ की एक विशाल चट्टान को खोजा व अंदेशा लगाया कि इसी विशाल बर्फ की चट्टान के आगे कोई विशाल भू-क्षेत्र है। हालांकि कुक अंटार्कटिका महाद्वीप पर नहीं पहुंचे पाए थे तथा इसके लगभग 286 किलोमीटर दूर से ही वापस आ गए थे। परंतु उन्होंने इसकी खोज अवश्य कर ली थी इस खोज के बाद मनुष्य को 75 वर्षों का समय लगा इस महाद्वीप पर अपने कदम रखने में।
19. *इत्र की खोज:*
किसने की: टपुति ने
कब की: 1200 ईसा पूर्व
# इत्र जिसे परफ्यूम या सेंट भी कहा जाता है का इतिहास बहुत पुराना है इसके बारे में सबसे प्राचीन ज्ञात इतिहास 1200 ईसा पूर्व तक जाता है अर्थात आज से 3200 साल पहले ही इत्र की खोज हो चुकी थी टपुति नाम की महिला रसायनज्ञ (केमिस्ट) ने 1200 ईसा पूर्व इत्र की गोलियां बना ली थी। इन खुशबूदार गोलियों को कपड़ों पर रगड़ा जाता था जिससे यह इत्र की तरह महकते थे। इसके बाद भारत में गुलाब से इत्र बनाया गया। गुलाब से इत्र बनाने की विधि की खोज करने का श्रेय अस्मत बेगम को जाता है यह नूरजहां की मां थी और नूर जहां मुगल जहांगीर की पत्नी थी।
20. *हीरे की खोज:*
किसने की: भारतीयों ने
कब की: चौथी शताब्दी ईसा पूर्व
# हीरे की खोज का श्रेय भारतीय को जाता है इसके लिए किसी एक व्यक्ति का नाम नहीं लिया जा सकता। छठी शताब्दी ईसा पूर्व से हीरों का ज्ञात इतिहास शुरू होता है। शुरुआती दौर में हीरे का एकमात्र स्त्रोत भारत था। भारत में आज से 2400 साल पहले ही हीरों प्रयोग होना आरंभ हो गया था। उस समय दुनिया के किसी अन्य देश को हीरों के का कोई ज्ञान नहीं था।

Against these posts no recruitment process could be initiated and the same were cancelled by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula vide Public Notice dated 1.5.2015 & 27.04.2018. The candidates who had earlier applied against the above categories & whose details are available on web site of Haryana Staff Selection Commission i.e. www.hssc.gov.in will also be eligible against the re-advertised posts and such candidates will be exempted from the payment of application fee. However, such candidates will have to apply afresh alongwith proof of depositing the application fee. They are required to upload the fee Challan/credit certificate issued by Treasury/e-Challan as the case may be, alongwith the fresh application form and will produce the original Challan/credit certificate issued by Treasury /e-Challan at the time test/verification.
Note 1. Where posts are reserved for PHC categories, 4% of vacancies shall be reserved horizontally for persons with disabilities suffering from (i) Blindness or low vision (ii) hearing impairment and (iii) Locomotor disability or cerebral palsy (iv) Person with Benchmark Disability and these Posts are included in total No. of Posts.
Note 2.
If the quota reserved for Ex-servicemen or Backward Classes remains unfilled due to non-availability of suitable Ex-servicemen or their dependents or non-availability of suitable candidates from Backward Classes then there will be 2% reservation for freedom fighter/their children/grand children to that extent.
Note 3. Reservation in Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Class (A) & Backward Class (B), Ex-serviceman (ESM) & Eligible Sports Persons (ESP) are only for domicile of Haryana State.
Note 4.
As per Chief Secretary Letter No. 6/43/2018-1GS.I, dated 20.09.2018, there is no age relaxation for the Instructors working in Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana on contractual basis.
Note 5. Detailed instructions for filling the online application form are available on the website of HARYANA STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION i.e www.hssc.gov.in. These must be gone through carefully before filling up the form. It is advised to download the filled up form take a printout go through the particulars carefully and then application be uploaded as no request for change of any particulars shall be entertained at any stage after uploading of form.
Note 6. In case of any guidance/information/clarification regarding the online filling of the application form and Advertisement the candidate can call at helpline No. 0172-5143700 on all working days from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Procedure/ Instructions for Online Filling Application Form: Special Instruction:
The prescribed essential qualification does not entitle a candidate for selection. As per notification G.S.R.-10/const./Art. 309/2018, dated 13.02.2018 issued by General Administration Department, Haryana Government, the commission shall make selection and recommendation of the name of the candidates to a department or an office for Group ‘C’ posts on the basis of written exam and there shall be no interview. The scheme of marks in respect of selection to Group ‘C’ posts shall comprise of total 100 marks, which is detailed below:-
1. Written exam: 90 marks
2. Socio-Economic criteria and experience: 10 marks
(For details see notification G.S.R.-10/const./Art. 309/2018, dated 13.02.2018)
The written examination will be either on OMR Sheet based or online computer based (CBT). The decision of the Commission in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application, eligibility/suitability of the candidates, mode of, and criteria for selection etc. will be final and binding on the candidates. No inquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard. HSSC reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies on administrative grounds. The candidates shall be bound by all the instructions issued from time to time.
General Instructions:
1. Please read the instructions and procedures carefully before you start filling the Online Application Form.
2. The candidate should fill all details while filling the Online Application Form.
3. After applying online, Registration No. and Password will be generated.
4. Take print out of the registration no. and password screen for future reference of your application status and for Reprinting of your online filled application form and eChallan form.
5. After successful submission of application candidates can take print out of application form and e-Challan.
6. The hard copy of application form along with all uploaded documents must be brought at the time of verification/scrutiny.
7. Candidates are advised to fill their application form carefully such as Name, Father’s/Mother’s name, Date of Birth and Category, Qualification, obtained marks, passing year, photo & Signature, fee, etc. After final submission of application form, no change will be allowed. Candidate will be responsible for any mistake in the data of application form and fees paid by him/her. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Relaxation in Age:
i) In the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Class (A) and Backward Class (B) the upper age limit is relaxable as per Haryana Govt. instructions.
ii) For Ex-servicemen Candidates, relaxation up to continuous Military service added by three years is permissible.
iii) The upper age limit in respect of widow, legally separated woman, divorcee, deserted woman and unmarried woman will be upto 47 years as per Government instructions.
Reservation of posts:- Reservation will be as per Haryana Government Instructions.
Reservation for persons will be as per Haryana Govt. instructions contained in letter No. 22/10/2013-1GS-III, dated 15.07.2014.
For Disabled ESM/Dependent of Killed/ Disabled in action reservation will be as per Haryana Govt. instructions contained in letter No. 945-GS-II 72/6451, dated the 6th March, 1972.
The reservation for ESM will be utilized in the order given below:-
i) Disabled ex-servicemen with disability between 20% to 50%.
ii) Up to two dependents of Service personnel killed/disabled beyond 50% iii) Other ex-servicemen.
Note:-1. Disabled ex-servicemen will mean ex-servicemen who, while serving in the Armed Forces of the Union were disabled in operations against the enemy or in disturbed areas.
Note:-2. The dependents will include besides wife/widow, dependent sons/daughters.
The dependents of ESM who fulfill all conditions of qualifications, age etc.
prescribed for posts will be considered on merit for the posts reserved for ESM to the extent of non-availability of suitable ESM candidates .
DESM candidates of Haryana claiming benefit must have valid eligibility certificate on last date of submission of online application form and will have to produce the valid Eligibility Certificate from the concerned Zila Sainik Board at the time of scrutiny. Mere dependent certificate will not be entertained. ESM candidates should also produce attested photo copy of Identity Card issued by concerned Zila Sainik Board & Discharge Book at the time of scrutiny.
NONE OF THE PERSON BELOW SHALL FALL WITHIN THE DEFINITION OF WORD
DEPENDENT OF EX-SERVICEMEN IN TERMS OF HARYANA GOVT. LETTER NO.
12/37/79-GSII, DATED 21-11-1980 :-
(i) A person may be working on an adhoc basis against the post advertised or somewhere else.
(ii) A person may be unemployed at the time of making the application but he may have other source of income viz. from agriculture, trade, property, Bank Balance etc.
(iii) A person who is a member of the joint Hindu family and remains dependent upon the Karta till there is partition in the family or he ceases to be a member of the joint Hindu family and is obliged to pass on all his income to the Karta and he draws money for his subsistence from the pool of the joint Hindu family with the consent of the Karta.
(iv) A candidate who is a member of the joint Hindu family is employed on adhoc basis but he is otherwise dependent on his father.
Note :- i) The benefit of reservation will be given only to those SC/BCA/BCB and ESM and Eligible sportsperson candidates who are domicile of Haryana State. The SC/BCA/BCB candidates are required to submit SC/BCA/BCB Certificate duly issued by the competent authority at the time of scrutiny. Likewise the Eligible Sports Person shall be required to produce the Sports Gradation Certificate as per Government instructions duly issued by the competent authority. DESM shall be required to produce the Valid Eligibility Certificate duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik Board at the time of scrutiny.
ii) Qualification and other term and conditions of eligibility will be determined with regard to the last date fixed for receipt of online applications.
iii) Candidates applying for a post must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions on the last date of application. If on verification at any time before or after the written examination or scrutiny or appointment, it is found that they do not fulfill any of the eligibility condition or it is found that the information furnished is false or incorrect their candidature will be cancelled.
A candidate whether he belongs to General or reserved category viz. SC, BCA, BCB, ESM/DESM, DFF or ESP can submit only one online application form for a particular category of post advertised. The special instructions for online applications as given on website www.hssc.gov.in must be carefully read to help in understanding and filling in the application form. No offline form will be accepted. All the relevant columns of the application form should be filled in.
Printed Copy: Printed copy of the application form with original certificates and photocopy of self attested certificates must be brought by the candidate at the time of scrutiny /verification alongwith Photo, Identity Proof i.e. Identity Card/Driving License/Passport/Voter Card/Pan Card/Aadhar Card etc.
Action against candidates found guilty of misconduct :-
Candidates are warned that they should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered/fabricated or should not suppress any material information while filling up the application form.
At the time of written examination/scrutiny, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of : (i) using unfair means during the examination or (ii) impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person or (iii) misbehaving in the examination hall or taking away the question booklet or any part thereof/answer sheet from the examination hall or (iv) resorting to any irregular of improper means in connection with his/her candidature for selection or (v) obtaining support for his/her candidature by any unfair means. (vi) Not complying with instructions issued from time to time, such a candidate may, in addition to rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution, be liable :-
(a) to be disqualified from the examination/scrutiny for which he/she is a candidate.
(b) to be debarred either permanently or for a specified period, from any examination or recruitment conducted by HSSC.
(c) for termination of service, if he/she already in Govt. Service.
Note:- HSSC reserves the rights to supervise the complete recruitment process from online application to selection by way of using Biometric process and CCTV Cameras/ Videography etc.
Fake Institutions:-
Candidates, who have obtained degrees or diplomas or certificates for various courses from any institution declared fake by the University Grants Commission or not recognized by Haryana Government shall not be eligible for being considered for recruitment to the posts advertised and no representation in this regard shall be entertained.
Serving Government Employees:-
Serving Government Employees have to produce no objection certificate as obtained by him before cutoff date from their Head of department at the time of verification/scrutiny.
DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED WITH APPLICATION FORM
i) Scanned Copy of Essential Qualifications i.e. Matric showing Date of Birth and mark sheet of 10+2/Graduation/Diploma/Degree etc.
ii) Scanned Copy of Sport Gradation Certificate in case of Eligible Sports Persons, duly issued by the Competent Authority.
iii) Scanned Copy of Haryana Domicile Certificate in case of BCA/BCB/SC/ESM/ DESM/DFF and women issued by competent authority.
iv) Copy of Challan/credit certificate issued by Treasury/e-Challan as the case may be, in case of candidates who have applied earlier.
v) Scanned Photographs duly signed by the Candidate.
vi) Scanned signatures of the Candidate.
DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT AT THE TIME OF SCRUTINY/SELECTION.
i) All original certificates/documents/testimonials of educational qualifications and other documents mentioned in the online applications and one set of self attested copies of all these certificates.
ii) Printed Copy of online application form alongwith latest stamp size photograph duly attested by a gazetted officer aDownload Pdfnd pasted on the application form alongwith date on photograph.
iii) Original proof of earlier fee deposited i.e. Treasury Challan / Credit Certificate issued by concerned treasury etc.
LIKELY CAUSES OF REJECTION OF APPLICATION: -
The following are likely causes of rejection:-
➢ More than one application form for a particular category.
➢ Application is incomplete and not online.
➢ Full fee, if not deposited in the manner prescribed.
➢ No qualification of Hindi/Sanskrit as prescribed in advertisement.
➢ Applicant does not possess the requisite academic qualification on cutoff date.
➢ Applicant does not indicate visible identification mark in appropriate column of application form.
➢ Candidate is underage/overage on the cutoff date/closing date.
➢ Variation in data of online application form and in original documents when brought for verification/scrutiny.
➢ Lack of essential qualification as prescribed in advertisement.
➢
